We are a family owned and operated boutique selling renewed and upcycled furniture, vintage items and farmhouse inspired décor looking for a part-time employee that is willing to learn and grow with the store.

Responsibilities
- Provide and promote exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to challenges and complaints from customers.
- Generate sales through customer interaction, and suggestive selling.
- Effectively perform associate register transactions without errors or shortages.
- Adhere to boutique visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with management concerning business issues and opportunities, exemplify a positive attitude to improve personal and store performance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment.
- Support the boutique in driving and maximizing sales.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience preferred but not required; however, prior customer service and/or retail experience is a plus.
- Likes to decorate or inspires to be an interior decorator.
- Work a schedule of Thursday-Saturday 11am to 5pm and Third Thursday of the Month will be 11 am to 8pm, along with the ability to increase hours based on business needs (for new shipments, restocking and pricing merchandise) which may go beyond normal schedule at time of hire.
